I need someone's help in identifying the appropriate tool(s) for a fairly unique situation. I am trying to locate a search tool that can be used in the following manner:

I come in to a new environment where there are several Sharepoint sites

I install the tool or plug-in an appliance that I bring with the tool already installed

I run several pre-defined queries to meet a specific need (i.e. Find all the documents that have a particular name and SSN in them)
-
Available queries should include regular-expressions, thesaurus and proximity searching
-
Copy or move those files to a specific location.
Does anyone have any suggestions of where to start?
